The Role

We are looking for a Legal Executive with full understanding of the mobility programs related to Portugal.

About the Job

• Manage and support clients in mobility solutions for Portugal through immigration and/or citizenship.
• Develop bespoke solutions and benefit from the support of a 360o team.
• Support and upskill all legal processes and advisory to the clients, through a partnership and consulting approach.

About the Candidate

• English and Portuguese: perfect proficiency, written and spoken fluency (mandatory).
• 2 years or less in immigration area.
• Registration with the Portuguese Bar Association.
• Be able to work autonomously while being part of a holistic,
  - driven team; responsible for individual projects but adaptable to an established process reality.
• Capable of following a defined roadmap common to the team and department and SOPs targeting incremental efficiency, quality output, and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Portugal mobility programs.
• Ethical and collaborative; ambitious and energetic.
• Ability to design and implement adequate immigration strategies tailored to each client.
• Good interpersonal skills and a troubleshooting attitude.
