Legal Operations Analyst (German Speaking), On-site

Project: Video Streaming Platform

Working hours: 40 Hours per week between Mon - Fri

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing content on an online platform. The content is predominantly in the form of textual reviews, but other formats (photos, websites, etc. ) may be encountered.
• Analyzing content following a
  - provided set of guidelines that include legal analysis. You will apply the legal framework/guidelines provided to the LOOA team rather than proactively researching legal systems of specific countries/markets.
• Reviewing incoming legal requests (e. g. , related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, falsification) to determine whether the request should be processed by the team and whether there are grounds and validity for processing.
• Understand and remain up to date with the client's policies and guidelines.
• Review requests within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Gain insights into specific types of digital law.

Lisbon, Portugal — Santos Office

Contract and Compensation

• Yearly Gross Salary: 15, 260 €
• Yearly language bonus: 3, 240 €
• Yearly target bonus: 5% of yearly gross salary
• Yearly Transportation bonus: 720 €
• Daily Meal allowance: 7. 63 € paid in card
• Type of contract: 1 month training contract + 1 year renewable contract with 30 days probation
• Relocation support: Bonus of 2, 500 € if located outside Portugal or 1, 000 € if located in another Portuguese city

Requirements

• German C1 level + English B2
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Hold EU ID or Residence card
