Legal Relations Specialist
As a Labour Relations Specialist, you’ll take on a key role in managing complex HR matters with a strong focus on redundancy and disciplinary processes. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring legal compliance while supporting fair and transparent outcomes for employees.

What you'll do
- Lead and manage redundancy processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and providing support to affected employees;
- Prepare, review, and finalize all
- related documentation and agreements; - Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure all redundancy actions are legally compliant and defensible;
- Serve as a key contact with labor authorities; handle communication, reporting, and inspections;
- Oversee disciplinary processes, including investigations, documentation, and implementation of actions;
- Address employee grievances, promote engagement, and support a positive workplace culture;
- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies and employee relations;
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring organizational compliance;
- Identify training needs and coordinate HR-related training sessions and development programs;
- Monitor and drive adherence to HR policies while supporting employee growth and performance.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Legal (preferred);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a strong focus on redundancy processes and disciplinary actions;
- Experience working with labor authorities and legal advisors (preferred);
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex negotiations effectively;
- Strong legal background and understanding of legal frameworks related to HR;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Strong organizational and
