We are currently looking for a Legal Specialist to join our Legal & Compliance team in a
- paced i
Gaming environment.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across the business, providing expert legal advice, managing contracts, and supporting interactions with regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal opinions on regulatory, commercial, and operational matters;
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with providers, partners, and service suppliers;
• Support responses to external requests from competent authorities (SRIJ, UIF, law enforcement);
• Collaborate in the renewal of the online gambling license and submission of regulatory filings;
• Validate internal policies and procedures (Terms & Conditions, Cookies, Whistleblowing, etc. );
• Assist the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer in DPO and AML-related legal matters;
• Monitor and interpret legislative changes relevant to the gaming sector.

Requirements

• Law degree and registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal advisory, preferably in gaming, technology, or regulated sectors;
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese and EU regulatory frameworks;
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
• Experience in a multinational or i
  Gaming environment is a plus.
