About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Law Graduate to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will analyze and qualify nationality applications and support other registry and
- related matters for Martins Castro’s clients. You will gain practical knowledge in family law, civil registry, nationality law, and administrative litigation, while ensuring
- quality service that reflects our brand’s excellence.

• Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in family law, civil registry, nationality law, notary practice, and administrative litigation.
• Draft legal documents and procedural requests in the
  - mentioned areas.
• Research applicable legislation and case law.
• Review client documentation received by email, ensuring compliance with service requirements.
• Request and manage original documents for submission to Martins Castro.
• Organize case files and prepare them for submission to civil registries.
• Conduct client consultation and advisory meetings.

• Recent Law graduate (degree completed within the last year – academic transcript required).
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) - other languages are a plus.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and data protection.
• Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
• Proactive attitude and
  - solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, email, file management).
