- to person for Travel agencies and our guest, helping them plan and tailor their perfect trips, offering thoughtful advice, and making every detail run smoothly. If you’re a proactive
- solver with strong

Tasks

• Chat with Travel agencies and clients/guests to understand their cycling vacation needs and preferences.
• Design and customize cycling tours and travel itineraries in the Algarve region.
• Coordinate tour & bike rental bookings (online &
  - shop)
• Communicate smoothly with clients and partners
• Lead welcome meetings & share key information with guests
• Deliver professional, friendly,
  - oriented service throughout their stay
• Coordinate with local hotels, transport agencies, and guides to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Requirements

• Friendly, open personality and true team spirit
• Quick learner with
  - oriented thinking
• Confident with tools like Google Sheets and Gmail
• Language skills are a plus (English, Dutch or German especially)
• Flexibility: rotating Saturday shifts (with Monday off in return)
• Customer service mindset: welcome meetings, guest support & sales assistance
