Role Details
- Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
- Investigate, resolve, and relay complex process issues to the broader Legal Operations team
- Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work
- Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role
Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed
- Market Language level B2 or above
- English level C1 or above
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and
- management skills - Excellent comprehension, communication
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams
- Strong critical thinking and
- making skills - Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture
- Ability to work under pressure and tight SLAs with a high degree of efficiency and quality
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work differing rotations/shifts and
- standard work hours - Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a
- paced environment - Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Experience working in Trust and Safety, Emergency services, Law Enforcement, or organization with regular exposure to crisis scenarios, as distinct advantage
- Valid Work Permit
- Completed Compulsory Education (Minimum required)
- Having over 18 years of age
- Availability to work in rotative shifts, on weekends and holidays
- Good skills level in the use of web browsing related tools
