Role Details

• Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex process issues to the broader Legal Operations team
• Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work
• Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role

Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed

• Market Language level B2 or above
• English level C1 or above
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and
  - management skills
• Excellent comprehension, communication
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams
• Strong critical thinking and
  - making skills
• Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture
• Ability to work under pressure and tight SLAs with a high degree of efficiency and quality
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
• Ability to work differing rotations/shifts and
  - standard work hours
• Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a
  - paced environment
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Experience working in Trust and Safety, Emergency services, Law Enforcement, or organization with regular exposure to crisis scenarios, as distinct advantage
• Valid Work Permit
• Completed Compulsory Education (Minimum required)
• Having over 18 years of age
• Availability to work in rotative shifts, on weekends and holidays
• Good skills level in the use of web browsing related tools
