Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers across email, chat, phone, and social media channels
Deliver clear guidance on account setup, verification, and technical issues
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
Build trust through attentive,

Provide feedback to improve our processes
Who You Are:
C1+ Portuguese speaker, with English at B2 level
Comfortable with computers and fast typing (MS Office skills a plus)
Quick to adapt to new technology and software
A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Prior customer service experience is welcome but not mandatory
Able to work
- time on 24/7 rotative shifts, including nights and weekends
Strong communicator who can explain complex ideas simply
