NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team. The overall objective of this assignment is to:strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;



Contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;



Improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;



Inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries. Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date. Non-Key Expert: Liaison Officer (Host Country)Qualifications and Skills:Degree in economics/management/business/ law enforcement/security or 5+ years added experience. Managerial, drafting, interpersonal skills. Knowledge of EU institutions and EC procedures. Proficiency in EU EOM working language (C2). Experience:Cat. II: 5+ years / Cat. III: 2+ years in security roles in large international operations. Threat assessment and reporting. Coordination/management roles in missions. Security training and team management.
