NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called:

EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

The overall objective of this assignment is to:

• strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
  
  
  
  
• contribute toreducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
  
  
  
  
• improvethe legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
  
  
  
  
• inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration :

The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in economics/management/business/ law enforcement/security or 5+ years added experience.
• Managerial, drafting, interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of EU institutions and EC procedures.
• Proficiency in EU EOM working language (C2).

Experience:

• Cat. II:
  
  5+ years / Cat. III:
  
  2+ years in security roles in large international operations.
• Threat assessment and reporting.
• Coordination/management roles in missions.
• Security training and team management.
• Host country/regional experience (asset).
• First-aid training.
