Licensed B1 Engineer Porto (OPO) – JCAM Porto

Overview

JC Aircraft Maintenance is recruiting a B1 Licensed Engineer to join our team in Porto (OPO), Portugal. At the facility in Porto we conduct extensive line maintenance checks on Ryanair’s Boeing 737-800 fleet. We have an opportunity for B1 Aircraft Engineers to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks as required and allocated with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks.
• Complete the appropriate documentation.
• Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
• Supervise Mechanics within a team.
• Any other duties as assigned by management/supervisor.
• Willing to work shifts (including nights).
• Previous maintenance experience on B737-800 is highly desirable.
• Experience in all zones on the aircraft.

Requirements

• Must be an EASA Part 66 qualified B1 License holder with 737NG Type Course endorsed.
• 2–3 years certifying experience, preferably line maintenance based.
• Previous experience supervising/managing a team.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environment.
