Build trust and rapport with merchants, delivering proactive,
- oriented support that enhances their experience.

✅ Analytical & Critical Thinking

Analyse operational data (order history, KPIs) to detect performance gaps and anticipate potential churn.

✅ Sales & Negotiation Ability

Communicate the value of the Food platform to merchants, support commercial conversations, and drive retention & reactivation efforts.

✅ Tech-Savvy

Experience using CRM & reporting systems such as Salesforce, Looker, Outreach, Whats
App, or similar tools.

✅ Adaptability & Agility

Thrive in a
- paced environment, adapting quickly to evolving tools, processes, and business needs.
