We are seeking a
- oriented Linked
In Ads and Google Ads B2B Expert to strategize, execute, and optimize B2B paid advertising campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that PPC marketing efforts have the maximum return on investment.

This is a
- time job with a freelance contract and the possibility to evolve into a
- time position.

Important: All candidates not located in Europe will not be contacted.

Responsabilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage Linked
In and Google Ads campaigns that align with business objectives.

- Conduct audience and keyword research to create targeted ad campaigns for different customer segments.

- Write compelling ad copy to produce engaging ad creatives.

- Provide creative direction for ad visuals with a good sense of aesthetics, provide clear guidance to the ad designer.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Linked
In Analytics to ensure KPIs are met.

- Optimize campaigns for conversions and
-
- acquisition (CPA), adjusting strategies as necessary.

- Manage budgets to ensure spend is efficient and within the allocated funds.

- Weekly calls with
- speaking clients.

- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance.

Requirements:

- Need to be Europe-based.

- Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.

- Proven experience as a Linked
In Ads and Google Ads expert, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. You should have managed at least 5 different Linked
In Ads accounts.

- Proficiency in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable campaign improvements.

- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
