Linux & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux administration, networking, containerization, virtualization, scripting, and automation. This role requires a
- solving mindset and experience with cloud infrastructure, configuration management, and root cause analysis to ensure the stability and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Linux-based systems with proven
  - on experience.
• Design, implement, and maintain core networking principles (TCP/IP, routing, load balancing, firewalls) in a cloud environment.
• Orchestrate containerization and virtualization solutions using Kubernetes, Open
  Stack, and Docker.
• Develop automation scripts using Python to streamline tasks and system management.
• Utilize Ansible for configuration management and deployment automation.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve system issues.
• Manage escalation processes and monitor system health using EME (Escalation, Monitoring, and Emergency) management practices.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and certifications related to cloud infrastructure and Linux systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Linux administration, networking, containerization, and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Linux OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Open
  Stack, Docker, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in Cloud Infrastructure (EX210), RHCE in Open
  Stack (EX310), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) are advantageous.
• Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and
  - solving skills.
• Proven experience with escalation and monitoring processes.

Preferred Certifications:

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Cloud Infrastructure (EX210)
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) in Red Hat Open
  Stack (EX310)
• RHCSA, RHCE, CKA, EX280, EX380

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
