What are we looking for?

Are you a Linux system administrator with strong automation skills ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a certified Red Hat professional to join our team and support automation and infrastructure projects.

Job Description

Minimum experience required:

• 5+ years developing Ansible playbooks and implementing automation projects.
• 3+ years implementing infrastructure with Terraform or equivalent tools.
• 3+ years managing Linux servers, developing scripts (Shell or other scripting languages), configuring services, managing system resources, users, groups, permissions, packages, and updates.
• 3+ years in security, including hardening OS and applications, and performing regular security audits.
• 3+ years managing deployments and implementation projects of Linux systems (Red Hat or derivatives), preferably using automation.
• 3+ years troubleshooting Linux systems (Red Hat or derivatives), network services, and ecosystem components.

It is mandatory that you:

• Hold a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification.
• Already live in Portugal.
• Speak Portuguese (required).

Responsibilities:

• Automate, configure, and maintain Linux systems.
• Ensure security hardening and compliance.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and manage system deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Linux environments.
