Join our team as a Microsoft Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Linux-based infrastructures, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance;
• Manage and automate configuration and provisioning tasks using Ansible;
• Support containerization and orchestration environments with Open
  Shift;
• Administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, applying security and performance best practices;
• Collaborate with development and Dev
  Ops teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation;
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability and operational excellence;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implementing automation and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Linux Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role;
• Strong hands‑on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration;
• Proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management;
• Experience working with Open
  Shift for container orchestration and deployment;
• Solid understanding of Linux networking, security, and shell scripting;
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and Dev
  Ops practices;
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills;
• Team-oriented, proactive, and
  - focused mindset;
• Portuguese proficiency at a professional level;
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
