What You’ll do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable Linux/UNIX-based infrastructures;
• Develop and automate operational processes through Bash/Python scripting;
• Manage virtualization environments using VMware technologies;
• Plan and optimize network architectures across LAN, WAN, and MAN layers;
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards;
• Perform audits, monitoring, and vulnerability assessments to strengthen system resilience;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to align infrastructure with business goals;
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering best practices and operational excellence;
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential business impact;
• Remote Work Model.

What You Are

• Strong experience with Linux/UNIX operating systems;
• Proficiency in VMware virtualization technologies;
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash and Python;
• Experience with LAN/WAN/MAN network design and implementation;
• Familiarity with routers, switches, load balancers, and security components;
• Knowledge of security best practices, firewalls, encryption, and compliance standards;
• Ability to conduct audits and vulnerability assessments;
• Proven leadership and team management experience;
• Strategic infrastructure planning capabilities and strong analytical thinking;
• RHCE or equivalent certification;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
