Linux System Administrator - Linux, Networking, RPA, AI, Automation

Hybrid, Portugal (ideally Lisbon).

Our client is a digital transformation firm specialising in business process management, value engineering, and AI-powered automation, helping companies streamline operations through technology like RPA, content management, and
- code tools, with a global presence and key partnerships, notably with Ui
Path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems;
  
  
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of automation solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), and Artificial Intelligence (AI);
  
  
• Collaborate with senior administrators to support complex IT environments;
  
  
• Troubleshoot system and network issues as they arise;
  
  
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability;
  
  
• Document processes and procedures related to system administration.

Nice to have:

• Proven experience with Linux system administration;
  
  
• Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, ECM, BPM) and AI concepts;
  
  
• Portuguese Speaker.

Desirable:

• Experience with IBM Websphere Application Server, IBM Filenet and/or IBM Datastage;
  
  
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, Docker);
  
  
• Understanding of networking principles and protocols;
  
  
• Certification in relevant technologies (Linux, AWS, etc. )
