As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our online marketing platform in a B2B environment. - Defining Solutions:
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. This may involve adjusting existing processes and methods to provide the best possible outcomes. - Basic Coding Skills:
Proficiency in basic coding and diagnostic skills will be essential for analyzing problems and identifying solutions. - Client Support:
You will provide support to clients through chat, using your

Requirements:

Fluent Polish and good English language skills (at least B2 level) - Education:
