Customer Service Representative for Telecommunication
- As a Customer Service Representative for one of the top 3 providers in Switzerland and France, you will be working with over 227 million clients worldwide. You will have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills and work in a multicultural environment.
We are looking for motivated candidates who can maintain the core business, take responsibility for administrative and organizational activities, and support customers in the German market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate should have a native level of German and at least a B2 level of English. They should also be familiar with software programs, such as Excel, and be able to work efficiently in a
- paced environment.
