Location: Lisbon, Portugal. This role is based in Lisbon for French-speaking candidates.

Language requirement: French.

What You’ll Do

• Help people navigate the digital world through troubleshooting, guidance, and issue resolution.
• Solve tech issues for customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Keep up with the latest tech trends and updates to provide
  - notch support.
• Help users become more
  - savvy through guidance and tutorials.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve products and services based on user feedback.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual salary: €15, 000
• Food allowance on working days: €7. 23

• Relocation package: For relocation from outside Portugal, room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, rent €280 with all utilities included (discounted from payslip)
• Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00–20:00 (Rotational); Saturday and Sunday 08:00–17:00; Days off: 2 rotating days
