Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers in the German market via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Provide first class business user support.
• Document customer interactions and issues in the appropriate systems
• Shift work, across Monday-Sunday, full time in the office, central Lisbon.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a
  - paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent
  - solving and critical thinking skills
• Customer service or support experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
  - based application
