About the Role
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
- Provide first‑class business user support to customers in the German market via phone, email and chat.
- Document customer interactions and issues in the appropriate systems.
- Shift work across Monday–Sunday full time in the office in central Lisbon.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Customer service or support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
