Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in the German market via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide first class business user support.
- Document customer interactions and issues in the appropriate systems
- Shift work, across Monday-Sunday, full time in the office, central Lisbon.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a
- paced, dynamic environment - Excellent
- solving and critical thinking skills - Customer service or support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
- based application
