Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the deployment of our program in Portugal, India, and Poland
• Manage initiatives up to Go live according to the defined Third-Party Risk Management process, governance, and methodology
• Provide operational support to our teams in their implementation of the extended team in Portugal, India, and Poland, and organize change management for onshore teams
• Work with teams (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, etc. ) to identify main risks
• Mitigate risks by defining, following, and executing appropriate actions
• Develop the contract (SLA, billing process) between our Department and each concerned location, and supervise contracting
• Contribute to reporting requirements (monthly steering committee, project card, risks) at the group level and by IT Group Central Sourcing teams
