Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers in the Spanish market via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Provide first class business user support.
• Document customer interactions and issues in the appropriate systems
• Shift work, across Monday-Sunday, full time in the office, central Lisbon.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish C1 level (spoken and written)
• Mon-Sun rotative shift pattern between 9am and 9pm
• Live in Lisbon and be able to commute to the office near Orient
