Live Support Agent - German Speaker

We are in search of a Live Support Agent - German Speaker to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our smart locker systems by providing
- time technical support to our technical teams and swiftly resolving maintenance issues.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the primary contact for
- related inquiries, providing exceptional live support to field maintenance teams and store managers via phone, email, and other communication channels; - Handle and resolve technical support tickets using ticketing systems;
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the maintenance of smart lockers, including hardware and software components;
- Collaborate closely with deployment and maintenance teams to escalate and efficiently resolve complex issues;
- Accurately document technical issues and solutions in the internal knowledge base for future reference and continuous improvement;
- Provide guidance and training on maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques;
- Work with internal teams to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and improve system reliability;
- Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge and support capabilities;
- Assist in developing and updating technical documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures;

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proficiency in German and English;
- Technical proficiency in hardware and software systems, preferably with experience in maintenance or technical support roles;
- Knowledge of computer and Io
T hardware, electronics, TCP/IP networks, and operating systems (GNU/Linux-based systems); - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively;
- Strong
- solving and troubleshooting skills, with great attention to detail; - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
- paced environment; - Flexibility to work on French holidays, since this is a remote role for France;
- Different schedules available: Early (07:00-16:00), Standard (9:00-18:00), and Late (13:00-22:00) (all times in the Portuguese time zone).
It would be great if you would also have:
- Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred;
- Knowledge of smart locker systems or similar technologies is a plus.
