As a Loader Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for loading goods onto trucks efficiently and safely. This

Responsibilities

1. Manage the loading schedule and assign tasks to team members.
2. Ensure all loading is performed accurately and safely.
3. Perform

4. Maintain attention to detail to ensure correct items are loaded according to destination.
5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional attitude.
6. Coordinate with other departments involved in the loading process.
7. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems efficiently.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a loader with strong leadership skills.
2. Physical fitness and stamina to work in various weather conditions.
3. Excellent time management and communication skills.
4. Experience with equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred but not mandatory.
