Your Main Activities

• Providing mentorship, strategic guidance, and support to junior team members to enhance overall team efficiency and ensure strict adherence to compliance and standards and procedures
• Proactively identifying training needs within the team and designing or delivering targeted training sessions to address knowledge gaps and promote continuous professional growth
• Remaining current with all LMA documentation updates and industry developments and communicating relevant changes or innovations to the wider team promptly and effectively
• Leading
  - sharing initiatives by presenting specialized topics such as CLOs, warehousing solutions, and any new concept relevant to the syndicated loan trading industry — during monthly team meetings to elevate the collective expertise and performance of the group
• Proactively suggest, participate in, and lead projects aimed at improving processes through technological advancements or operational changes
• Provide
  - level operational support to Sales and Trading desks, ensuring accurate trade booking and
  -
  - back process integrity
• Act as a senior escalation point for production issues, managing risk across operations
• Manage transactions across multiple platforms, and ensure accurate trade allocation, validation, reconciliation and confirmation
• Take an active role in process reviews and strategic initiatives enhancing trade support functions and driving continuous improvement

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• From 3 to 4 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Pack Tools, namely Excel
• Knowledge of Middle Office Operations
• Analytical ability, resilience and client focused
• Ability to deliver and collaborate
