Role Summary
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
- Analytical capacity of data from different sources turning into actions aligned with company objectives.
- Financial knowledge for managing the incentive scheme for field force.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
- Deliver SOM OTS growth.
- Act as a link between the Field Force and HQs for IT systems.
- Monitor and analyse objective's fulfilment, turning them into ad‐hoc actions to ensure company performance.
- Comprehensive management of the incentive scheme of our commercial network.
- Plan trade activities in CRM systems ensuring good optimisation of visits from our field force.

Accountabilities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure all activities are executed with excellence across distribution channels.
- Participate in field force strategy planning to maximise efficiency across various distribution channels.
- Cycle activities deployment with all stakeholders in market on time.
- Ensure FF CRM compliance and maintenance aligned with planned activities.
- Maintain company product portfolio and POS universe.
- Monitor monthly field force activities and incentives targets.
- Ensure distribution levels for all categories, especially for NPIs launches and pipeline creations.
- Monitor environmental, health and safety standards to ensure compliance and create best practices.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge
Essential
Experience Required
- At least 3 years' experience in a Trade‐Brand Marketing team, sales force or data agency.
- Experience in an FMCG company with a trade channel and account management approach.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Knowledge of content editing tools: Word, Excel, Power
Point, Access, CRM Power
BI, Salesforce.
- Good communication skills.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
