? We are looking for a Loan Trading Officer.

Main Tasks:

• Executing buy and sell transactions initiated by the Front Office, including reviewing the legal documentation related to the underlying financing operations and preparing the required transfer documents (such as trade confirmations, pricing letters, transfer certificates, etc. ).
• Overseeing the full buy/sell process: compliance checks, calculation of loan amounts and fees, waiver analysis, management of original documentation, and coordination of client relationships.
• Recording transactions in the internal loan management system, handling cash flows, and monitoring any cash breaks.
• Maintaining daily communication with clients, the Front Office, and internal teams.
• Validating transactions
• Investigating and resolving inquiries and operational issues.

Main Skills & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Professional experience in finance operations within a banking or
  - services environment.
• Solid understanding of the full loan life cycle, well as strong knowledge of
  - trade processes in capital markets.
• Experience in Loan
  IQ is a plus.
• Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher; additional languages are a plus.

? Hybrid Role in Lisbon or Porto.
