Our expertise: The Felps Group is an alliance of ‘Pure Players’ made up of four distinct squads: Telecoms, IT, Cybersecurity and Change Management. Each squad is led by a Captain who is a specialist in that particular area. The captains coach the consultants throughout their careers in the Felps Group, guiding them in their choice of missions and the stages of their training. Lead and support platform upgrades, new feature rollouts, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure Loan
IQ according to business and functional specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in loan booking, servicing, and reporting.

Integrate Loan
IQ with internal banking systems, data warehouses, and BI tools.

Support upgrades, patches, and deployment of new Loan
IQ features.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and operations teams to ensure platform efficiency.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on expertise in Loan
IQ platform implementation, support, and maintenance.

Strong SQL knowledge for reporting, data extraction, and workflow automation.

Proficient with reporting and analytics tools used in banking environments.

Experience integrating Loan
IQ with internal systems and data warehouses.

Familiarity with syndicated loans, credit products, and lending operations.

Required:

Proven experience working with Loan
IQ in banking or lending environments.

Solid understanding of syndicated loans, credit products, and loan lifecycle management.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and
- solving skills.

Fluent in English (mandatory); French highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid/onsite setups.
