About the Role
Are you a seasoned HR Operations that is passionate about partnering with the business to deliver results? We are seeking an operationally strong People & Culture Business Partner to join our team at our newly established Solution Delivery Organization in Lisbon to support our Local People & Culture agenda. In this role, you will be a key driver in the people agenda for
- up and stabilization of our new organization in Portugal, ensuring compliance with local Labor laws, and supporting operational and strategic HR needs. You will balance

- day HR operations with business partnering tasks while helping transform and digitalize processes. You will be part of a diverse and international team in an inclusive environment, offering excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth.
What You Will Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees in Portugal.
- Manage

- end employee
- cycle processes: - Drafting contracts and addendums
- Managing job postings, onboarding and terminations
- Administering leave processes (e. g. , maternity, holidays, sickness)
- Maintain and update the HR system (Success
Factors) and ensure accurate employee records. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders to provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and manager development.
- Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and managing disciplinary actions in compliance with local Labor laws.
- Collaborate with team members of the P&C Organization to align initiatives and ensure local relevance.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (Portuguese language skills are a bonus).
- 4-5 years of professional experience in HR Operations as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- A strong understanding of Portuguese Labor laws.
- A strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, and the ability to continuously develop the supporting processes and digital tools.
- Experience with
- based HR platforms e. g. Success
Factors, Workday, or similar systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across different teams.
- A proactive, efficient and
- oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a
- paced environment. - Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges.
