Localization Project Manager

We are looking for a
- oriented, proactive, and highly organized Project Manager – Localization to oversee the daily operations of our localization workflows.

Role Overview

The Project Manager – Localization will manage the full lifecycle of localization projects, serving as the central coordinator between local markets, review teams, production teams, and validation vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, visibility, and timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong relationships with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Manage localization projects

  - end, including intake, traffic management, and coordination with the appropriate reviewer sets (local teams, validation teams, legal teams, etc. ).
• Monitor project progress daily, proactively chase reviewers, and mitigate risks or delays.
• Own and maintain weekly schedules across multiple
  - sequential projects, ensuring work remains on track and stakeholders stay aligned.

Review & Validation Management

• Oversee the copy validation workflow for a wide range of product marketing deliverables.
• Liaise with country teams, production teams, global localization teams, and external validation vendors (e. g. , Jellyfish) to ensure content quality and accuracy.
• Monitor documents throughout the review cycle, ensuring comments and questions are addressed promptly and do not accumulate at the end of projects.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for questions during the entire review process.
• Maintain consistent communication to provide visibility to all teams on project status.
• Inform requesters and global teams of any delays, blockers, or concerns.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with country teams and global partners, acting as a trusted conduit and collaboration driver.

Process Optimization

• Identify and implement ways to improve the visibility and efficiency of the localization workflow.
• Explore opportunities to leverage tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Wrike to enhance project tracking and communication.
• Support continuous improvement across process documentation, reporting, and communication frameworks.
