We’re looking for a localization project manager to support internationalization efforts in our Lisbon office. In this role, you'll collaborate with our internationalization team, design department, and marketing organization on translation workflows, localization strategy, and
- functional collaboration.

Your new adventure:
- Help the localization team and partner agencies manage translation tasks for web, marketing, and sales.
- Coordinate with different departments to deliver translations on time and meet requirements.
- Manage urgent corrections or translation requests as needed.
- Perform quality reviews of translations to maintain consistent terminology and language style.
- Identify strategy for language rollout with the localization manager, including prioritizing key pages for translation.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline localization processes and improve performance.
- Onboard new vendors and tools for the localization department.
Does this sound like you?
- Experience in operations or working in a translation agency.
- Background or degree in linguistics.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with Crowdin (or other localization tools), Jira, and Figma is a plus.
- A strong
- do attitude, excellent written communication skills, and openness to feedback. - Extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (or German, Italian, or French) is a major plus.
