• Support in the logistics area
• Support in
  - sales service
• Contact with suppliers and customers
• Management of complaints and issuance of credit notes
• Order processing and
  - up
• Optimization of loads and transportation

Qualificações

• Bachelor-'s degree
• Minimum Of 1 Year Of Professional Experience – Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the logistics area
• Good level of English
• Experience With ERP Systems Such As Axapta (preferred Factor)
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills by phone, email, and in person
• Problem-solving abilities
• Sense of autonomy and initiative
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in a team, with a helpful attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office
