Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive candidate with experience in logistics, inventory management, and supply chain, preferably within multinational companies in industries such as Healthcare, FMCG, or retail. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage logistics flows, optimize working capital, and collaborate with the Corporate Supply Chain team.

Main Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Reporting: Forecast supply and demand, prevent overstocking/stockouts, manage inventory accuracy, and analyze inventory performance.
Logistics & System Management: Coordinate with logistics providers, resolve issues, manage returns, control logistics costs, optimize processes, and maintain master data.
Supply Chain: Monitor and improve supply chain performance, contribute to global initiatives, drive transformation projects, and analyze supply chain metrics.

Your Profile:

Degree in economics, statistics, engineering, or business administration.
Several years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, logistics, or controlling roles.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Power
Point; knowledge of Oracle and HFM is a plus.
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
