About the Role:
As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support across logistics and supply chain activities. You will play a crucial part in the team, ensuring accurate documentation, effective shipment coordination, and smooth

- day operations.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordinating daily shipment operations, including booking transport, preparing documentation, and tracking deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate shipping and inventory records in ERP systems and internal trackers.
- Supporting warehouse and transport coordination.
- Liaising with transport providers, warehouse staff, and customer service to ensure timely and complete dispatches.
- Preparing transport and delivery documentation (CMRs, packing lists, invoices, etc. ).
- Assisting in logistics reporting, KPI tracking, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.

Essential skills and experience:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain support
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of international shipping, incoterms, and customs regulations
