Cars2click Portugal Unipessoal, Lda. is a subsidiary of Cars2click AB and serves as the administrative and financial operations center. The company is currently expanding and looking to grow its team in Portugal.

The ideal candidate (M/F/X) will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to take initiative, and the capacity to prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to meet tight deadlines will ensure success in this multifaceted role.

Responsibilities

• Manage car transportation across Europe
• Handle, analyze, and negotiate transport proposals
• Respond to car transport requests while ensuring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong negotiation skills
• Manage transport companies' invoices
• Interact in English with some clients
• Support processes and workflows
• Contribute to teamwork
• Any other tasks related to your area of work, as requested

Qualifications

• Higher education (preferred)
• Knowledge of computer tools, namely Excel and Outlook
• Sense of responsibility, planning, and organization
• Ability to multitask, dynamism, and proactivity
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in other languages
• Ease of communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork

Conditions

• On-site work
• Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
• Full-time contract
