• Supporting customers over the telephone and via email
• Handling complaints

Skills and qualifications needed:

• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-active and a team player
• Native-level Dutch speaker
• Good knowledge of English

What’s included:

• Type of contract: fixed term (6 months - 1 year)
• Full-time (40h/week) with rotating shifts
• Salary conditions: 1040€ gross/month with accommodation or 1298€ gross/month without accommodation
