Job Description
The Logistics Lead manages activities within the Logistics and Warehousing function, including order handling, customs requirements, stock control, and distribution. Implements methodologies to streamline processes, driving value for the business.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Logistics operations management (warehousing, inbound/outbound, distribution, reverse logistics, etc. )
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a
- paced environment - Fluent in English
Technical Skills
- Process & Performance Analytics: Ability to analyze processes, create visual data representations, communicate insights, and make
- driven recommendations - System & Process Transformation: Ability to challenge and improve existing systems and processes for efficiency and user experience
- Distribution Operations: Knowledge of transportation principles and methods
- Warehousing Operations: Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and storage system design
- Inventory Management: Skills in managing stock levels, forecasting, and organizing inventory
