The Logistics Lead manages activities within the Logistics and Warehousing function, including order handling, customs requirements, stock control, and distribution. The role involves implementing methodologies to streamline processes, driving value for the business.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Logistics operations management (warehousing, inbound, outbound, distribution, reverse logistics).
• A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering is essential. Advanced degrees (Masters/MBA) or professional certifications are highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a
  - paced environment.

Technical Skills:

• Process & Performance Analytics: Ability to analyze processes, produce visual data representations, communicate insights, and make
  - driven recommendations.
• System & Process Transformation: Challenge existing systems and processes, propose and implement efficiency improvements.
• Distribution Operations: Knowledge of transportation principles and methods for moving goods via air, rail, sea, or road.
• Warehousing Operations: Knowledge of procurement, logistics drivers, vendor negotiations, and efficient storage systems.
• Inventory Management: Skills in managing inventory levels, tracking, forecasting, and organizing stock.
