Our Logistics &Supply
Chain team is now looking for a Logistics
Manager
EU to own carrier strategy, linehaul, and last‑mile performance across Europe. You’ll be based in Portugal report to the General
Manager
EU, and lead a team of four logistics specialists.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing & onboarding of shipping partners across European markets.
• Develop data‑driven carrier strategies that hit delivery KPIs while minimising cost.
• Negotiate and continuously review SLAs, contracts and shipping rates.
• Monitor daily service‑level dashboards; investigate root causes and launch improvement plans.
• Partner with Finance on cost forecasting and budgeting; surface savings opportunities.
• Act as first point of contact for carriers, fulfilment centres and Customer Communications.
• Maintain and optimize our logistics database in collaboration with Digital teams.
• Guide, coachand develop your four direct reports, fostering a culture of ownership and growth.
  
  

Must‑Have Requirements

• 5+years’ experience in linehaul and/or last‑mile logistics across multiple EU countries.
• Proven success negotiating carrier contracts and service‑level agreements.
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable with Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Looker/Tableau, SQL).
• Fluent English plus at least one additional EU language (DE, NL, PT or ES preferred).
• Demonstrated people‑leadership experience

• Background in meal‑kit, e‑grocery or other perishables networks.
• Lean/Six
  Sigma or other continuous‑improvement credentials.
• Experience integrating TMS/WMS or API‑driven digital platforms.
• Sustainability‑focused logistics project work.
