Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational planning, management, and control of the Factory supply chain at Corroios (inbound, outbound,
  - logistics, storage, material supply, operational purchasing).
• Leading logistics planning,
  - logistics, and material supply areas.
• Ensuring goals related to material availability, supplier delivery, logistics costs, and inventory are met.
• Analyzing key performance data to identify improvements.
• Managing logistical processes with internal and external partners.
• Ensuring compliance with internal rules, laws, and ISO standards.
• Documenting processes and organizational procedures.
• Collaborating and negotiating with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Coaching and developing employees.
• Maintaining master data quality in SAP for supply chain processes.
• Serving as the central logistical contact for the factory.

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in business management, industrial engineering with a focus on logistics, or similar qualification.
• Proven experience as a logistics manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PP/MM/WM modules.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Lean, Score, and Agile project management.
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with a
  - on approach.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
