Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission will be:
- Manage the strategic and operational planning, control, and supervision of the entire Factory supply chain at the Corroios location, including inbound, outbound,
- logistics, storage, material supply management, and operational purchasing. - Lead and organize logistics planning,
- logistics, and material supply areas. - Ensure goals related to material availability, supplier delivery performance, logistics costs, and inventory are met.
- Maintain and analyze key performance figures and data to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
- Manage and coordinate logistical processes with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and ISO standards.
- Document processes and organizational procedures appropriately.
- Negotiate and collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, internal departments, and customers.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Maintain the quality of master data in SAP for supply chain processes.
- Serve as the central contact point for logistical issues within the factory.
We are looking for someone with…
- A master's degree in business management, industrial engineering with a focus on logistics, or a similar qualification.
- Proven experience as a logistics manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive leadership and employee management skills.
- Deep knowledge of SAP PP/MM/WM modules.
- Knowledge of Lean, Score, and Agile project management is desirable.
- Excellent analytical,
- solving, and organizational skills. - Results-oriented with a proactive, 'hands-on' approach.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
