We are seeking a Logistics Operator to manage IT equipment logistics. Responsibilities include controlling stock, receiving IT equipment, and updating asset records in the CMDB. The role also involves installing hardware upgrades, organizing the warehouse, and coordinating transportation for equipment.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

1. Create documentation and procedures for knowledge transfer to other teams
2. Control local stocks of equipment and accessories
3. Receive IT equipment delivered to these locations
4. Update the CMDB with information on assets delivered, returned, or under repair
5. Install hardware upgrades for equipment
6. Ensure and optimize the storage, location, and accessibility conditions of products
7. Keep the warehouse space organized and clean
8. Manage and request transportation for equipment
9. Control and execute the processes of delivering/collecting PCs (staging)

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a staging/warehouse technician, at least 1 year
2. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
3. Ability to commit to tasks and deadlines
4. Stress management skills
5. Light vehicle driving license
