As a Logistics Planner, you will develop and implement logistics strategies, supervise logistics operations, manage inventory, and ensure the efficient flow of goods.

• Strategic Supply Chain Optimization:
  
  Develop and implement logistics plans to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery, utilizing
  - time data and planning tools to optimize
  -
  - end processes.
• Integrated Operations Management:
  
  Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory functions to ensure
  - effective and reliable logistics operations. Implement proactive measures to maintain smooth operations and address disruptions.
• Data-Driven Insights & Analytics:
  
  Use SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to identify inefficiencies and target
  - impact areas for supply chain improvements. Convert complex data into actionable insights to accelerate process enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure aligned and agile supply chain practices in a team environment.
• Performance Reporting & Communication:
  
  Prepare performance reports and executive presentations, clearly communicating logistics KPIs and the impact of optimization initiatives.

Your profile:

• Educational Requirements:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Work Experience:
  
  Proven experience in logistics planning and process optimization within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Technical Skills:
  
  Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or R/3.
• Language Skills:
  
  Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills.
• Personal Attributes:
  
  Ability to work collaboratively, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
