ABOUT THE JOB
We’re expanding rapidly and to support our Logistics team, we’re looking for a proactive and
- oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team and to keep our operations running smoothly across Europe and beyond. In this role, you’ll play a key role in making sure our products get where they need to be, when they need to be there — efficiently, reliably, and with full transparency. This role is equal parts
- solver, process optimizer, and relationship manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate

- end logistics between suppliers, warehouses, and carriers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. - Collaborate closely with our fulfillment partners to keep daily operations running accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor and analyse key logistics metrics (like delivery speed, cost per shipment, and error rates) to improve performance and reduce friction.
- Manage relationships with domestic and international carriers, resolving issues quickly and ensuring service levels remain high.
- Ensure full compliance with customs, international shipping regulations, and internal processes.
- Serve as the logistics point of contact for internal teams, providing timely updates, documentation, and support on orders and returns.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or
- commerce operations. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data to drive decisions and optimize processes.
- High level of resilience and the ability to stay calm, focused, and
- oriented under pressure. - Structured and proactive working style with a
- on mindset. - Clear and effective communication skills, both internally and with external partners.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
