For our location in Trofa, we are currently looking for a

Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Review, documentation, and optimization of logistical setups and processes for all global manufacturing plants with a focus on procurement.
Functional elaboration and assessment of allocation scenarios as well as supply concepts for electronic and mechanical components.
Analysis of demand and supply situations in SAP, including missing parts management, to ensure material supply and production.
Development and implementation of standards, concepts, and tools as part of the Preh group Supply Chain Management in close collaboration with plant logistics.
Monthly creation of transport cost KPIs at the management level with corresponding monitoring.
Functional elaboration and assessment of action plans regarding freight cost reduction.
Implementation, optimization, and continuous monitoring of developed measures, processes, and structures worldwide.
Coordination and support of ongoing logistics projects and interfaces.

YOUR PROFILE

Commercial or technical studies with a focus on logistics.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
Experience in automotive logistics, supply chain management, or lean manufacturing is appreciated.
Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects within budget and on schedule.
Analytical mindset with structured thinking and working methods.
Proficiency in SAP and MS-Office; SQL and database knowledge are a plus.
Fluent written and spoken English skills; German skills are beneficial.
Team player with willingness to travel internationally.
