Our client is a reference company in the automotive industry that is looking for a Logistics Specialist - Procurement/Allocation/Inventory for its team.

Responsabilidades Chave

1. Review, documentation and optimization of logistical setups and processes for all global manufacturing plants with focus on procurement.
2. Functional elaboration and assessment of allocation scenarios as well as supply concepts for electronic and mechanical components.
3. Analysis of demand and supply situation in SAP incl. missing parts management to ensure material supply and production.
4. Development and implementation of standards, concepts and tools as part of the Preh group Supply Chain Management in close relationship with plant logistics.
5. Monthly creation of Inventory management tools with corresponding monitoring.
6. Functional elaboration and assessment of action plans regarding inventory management.
7. Implementation, optimization and constant surveillance of the developed measures, processes and structures worldwide.
8. Coordination and support of ongoing logistics projects and interfaces.

Competências

1. Commercial or technical studies with a focus on logistics.
2. Logistics and supply chain management knowledge.
3. Experience in automotive logistics, supply chain management or lean manufacturing are appreciated.
4. Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects within budget and on schedule.
5. Analytical mindset with structured thinking and working method.
6. Very good SAP, MS-Office skills, SQL and database knowledge appreciated.
7. Fluent written and spoken English skills, German would be beneficial.
8. Team player with the willingness to international travels.
