Tasks

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for the processing of aircraft material, including physical handling, inspection, and forwarding to repair shops or the customer. This includes ensuring
- quality and timely provision of materials in close coordination with the customer.

Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:

• Receiving, clarification, storing, supplying and shipping of mainly aircraft material as per described procedures including physical handling
• Input data in EDP system and archive documentation according to established procedures
• Ensure that regulatory requirements are fulfilled, e. g. , verifying airworthiness certificates for aircraft materials
• Work according to the Quality Management System and proactively work to resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with colleagues, customers, and vendors and prioritize and process customer requests, supply issues, and complaints

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in intralogistics (goods receiving, warehousing,
  
  shipping)
• Experience in aviation logistics is an advantage
• High school or Professional School certificate
• Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills
• Good computer skills (Office), SAP is an advantage
• Must have a valid B and forklift driver’s license
• Must be able to lift packages up to 30 kg
• Willingness to work shifts, holidays, and/or weekends as necessary
• IATA regulations training, dangerous goods courses, Export Control courses are an advantage
• Lean Basics or Intensive Training is an advantage
