Descrição da Função

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to take initiative, and the capacity to prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to meet tight deadlines will ensure success in this multifaceted role.

Responsibilities

• Manage car transportation across Europe
• Handle, analyze, and negotiate transport proposals
• Respond to car transport requests while ensuring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong negotiation skills
• Manage transport companies’ invoices
• Support processes and workflows

Qualifications

• Higher education (preferred)
• Knowledge of computer tools, namely Excel and Outlook
• Sense of responsibility, planning, and organization
• Ability to multitask, dynamism, and proactivity
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in other languages
• Ease of communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork

Conditions

• On-site work
• Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
• Full-time contract
